As the Technical & Web Lead for Computer Science Education Week 2025, I was responsible for managing the technical operations and website design for this week-long celebration at the Department of Computer Application, CSJM University, Kanpur. The event aimed to enhance students' technical skills, creativity, and industry exposure through expert sessions, competitions, and quizzes.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

Designed, developed and maintained the official event website (dcacsedweek.netlify.app)
Managed technical operations for all events including the CodeCore Quiz and Poster Design Competition
Created and curated quiz problems as a Problem Setter for the coding fundamentals MCQ
Set up and managed online registration and submission systems
Provided technical support during offline events at UIET-4 Computer Lab
Coordinated with faculty team and student volunteers for smooth event execution
Implemented responsive web design ensuring accessibility across all devices

Web Development Problem Setting Technical Operations Event Management UI/UX Design Netlify Deployment

This role allowed me to apply my technical skills to real-world event management, creating digital infrastructure that supported 150+ participants across multiple competitions and sessions. The website served as the central hub for event information, registrations, and result announcements.
